Notes - James was a postmaster in Dundas for 13 years. Then he had to go to Vancouver to settle his brother-in-law's estate and stayed there.
Kate narrative - I liked him the best of all my uncles. His wife was Mary Jane Whetham the granddaughter of Sir Charles Wetham in England. She was a real lady. I lived with them while I went to high school.Aunt Mary Janes brother died in Vancouver and is buried there. He left Uncle Jim McQueen exectutor to his will. There was so much property he decided he shoud move out there so he did.
